Sag Harbor Village Chic Historic Reno-Water-views
An originally historic home from 1850’s, is fully renovated while keeping original details. The house is facing Otter Pond and has wonderful water views of the pond. The main floor has an open living concept with two sitting areas, a library and a dining area a beautiful den/TV room has another sofa and few poofs for lounging, watching TV or reading.
Designer furniture with architecturally designed custom lighting and contemporary artwork is throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Bertazzoni five burner stove, Miele dishwasher and large refrigerator, a breakfast table for four, a French coffee maker, and a Nespresso coffee maker. A bar area is also equipped with all the glassware for your bar needs. There is a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room on first floor as well.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as beautiful views of the water. The other two bedrooms are facing the backyard and have beautiful sunset views.
The backyard has a cement designer table and benches and a sitting area as well as lounge chairs. The front porch overlooks the water has another seating area for morning or afternoon lounging. All within Walking distance to downtown sag harbor village and the nearby park with Tennis courts and a playground for children.
